Our first Bollywood Garba in Brooklin was a grand success. Thank you to every guest who dressed up, danced and celebrated with us, and to our generous sponsors and partners whose support made the night possible.
From the first Bollywood beat to the last dance, Brooklin showed up with colour, energy and joy. Bringing Durham Region's original Bollywood Garba to Brooklin for the first time was a grand success, and that is because of you.
We are deeply grateful to our sponsors and partners, whose support helped us create a night of music, food, festive decor and family fun for the whole community. Thank you for believing in what we do and for helping us keep spreading happiness.

Since 2018, Luminous Events has hosted the only Bollywood Garba event in Durham Region, a Navratri tradition that fuses classic Bollywood hits with the beloved beats of traditional Garba and Dandiya. By popular demand, we brought that same energy to Brooklin, Whitby for the first time on October 2, 2026.
This isn't a traditional Garba. It's where you dress Garba but dance Bollywood. Thousands of guests across Durham Region have danced with us over the past 8 years, and this year Brooklin joined Ontario's most talked-about Navratri event.
The night was family friendly and welcomed all ages, from kids and parents to grandparents, for an evening of Bollywood music, Garba beats, festive decor and community celebration.
